Catering Information

SIEPR does not have preferred caterers. You may choose to work with an on-campus caterer, or use an outside vendor of your preference, as long as they have the required permits and liability insurance. You are responsible for making sure that any vendors you hire are properly insured. Review the Standard Insurance Requirements policy. For a list of on-campus caterers, and other helpful information, visit the Stanford Office of Special Events and Protocol (OSEP) Catering and Alcohol Service website.

If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, you must follow all university alcohol policies, as well as all federal, state and local laws. More information can be found in the Stanford OSEP Catering and Alcohol Service website, and specifics about requirements and liscenses are outlined the Alcohol Service and Licensing Requirements policy.
