Join SIEPR on September 30 at 3pm PT for an Associates Meeting with Jeff Small, CEO of Amblin Partners. Jeff will be joined by Mark Duggan, Trione Director of SIEPR, and the Wayne and Jodi Cooperman Professor of Economics.
About the Speaker:
Jeff Small is the CEO of Amblin Partners, one of the world’s leading independent film and television companies. He has served in a number of senior leadership roles at the company and its corporate predecessors since first joining as President and COO of DreamWorks Pictures in 2006. He was named CEO of Amblin Partners in 2019, having previously served as Co-CEO from 2017-2019, and playing a vital role in the formation of the company in 2015. As CEO, Jeff is responsible for all operations of the company, while collaborating closely with its Chairman Steven Spielberg on Amblin’s vision, creative direction and long-term corporate strategy.
Prior to his time at DreamWorks and Amblin Partners, Jeff spent six years at Revolution Studios, first serving as Head of Strategic Planning and Business Development, then as CFO, and eventually as COO. Prior to joining Revolution, Small spent several years with Universal Studios after beginning his career in the Walt Disney Company Motion Picture Group. He is a PROUD graduate of Stanford University and a native of Marietta, Georgia.
