Managing Director of Production and Sales, Freddie Mac

J. Scott Croul is the Managing Director of Production and Sales for Freddie Mac Multifamily’s Western Region, where he is responsible for all loan origination and customer relations in the western U.S.  Previously, as Senior Director of Multifamily Underwriting and Credit, Scott led the underwriting and credit team in the Western Region and worked closely with the production team to facilitate loan origination.  
Scott has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience as a financial intermediary and lender, including 12 years as a Regional Vice President at John Hancock Real Estate Investment Group, where he ran all loan origination and underwriting in the Pacific Southwest and led the company in production. He also held key regional positions in origination and loan structuring at Capmark Finance, Centerline Capital and CB Commercial (now CBRE Capital Markets).  
Scott is an alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
