Quotes Stanford Law School Professor and SIEPR Senior Fellow, Joseph A. Grundfest, on a recent report by the Cornerstone Research and the Stanford Law School Securities Class Action Clearinghouse, which found that while the number of securities class actions filed in federal court budged only slightly in 2014, the size of filings as measured by shareholder losses was much smaller last year compared to 2013.
