Ashley Wong

Ashley Wong is a postdoctoral fellow working on topics in labor and gender economics. Her current work studies how undergraduate gender diversity changed the direction of scientific research and how female peers during the MBA can help women advance into senior corporate leadership positions. She received her PhD in Economics from Northwestern University in 2022 and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Dartmouth College.
