Jacob Goldin is Professor of Law at Stanford Law School. His research focuses on applying insights from behavioral economics and psychology to improve the design of taxes and other policy instruments. Jacob grew up in Evanston, Illinois, and received his B.A. from Wesleyan University. He received a Ph.D. in economics from Princeton University and a law degree from Yale Law School.
