Jonathan Elliott
Jonathan Elliott is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Johns Hopkins University. His research interests are in empirical industrial organization and environmental economics, with a focus on how regulation and market structure impact firms' choices. In his work, he combines structural modeling and rich industry data to study technology adoption, investment incentives, pollution, and regulatory design. His research spans electricity markets, telecommunications, the steel industry, and critical mineral mining, and has been published in the Journal of Political Economy.
