About

Orie Shelef’s primary research interests are in personnel and organizational economics. His research has examined how compensation incentives allocate workers to firms, impact firms’ organizational and investment decisions, and influence workers’ risk taking. Shelef holds a PhD and master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business. He earned bachelor’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
